Q. How many hours of video can the internal memory hold?
The 32GB of internal memory can hold approximately 4-5 hours of video at a time when recorded at 1080P. You can also adjust the camera to 720P which will allow it to hold about 6-7 hours of recordings at a time.
Q. How does auto overwrite/loop recording mode work?
The loop recording feature allows the camera to automatically overwrite the oldest video files if the internal memory fills up, so you don't have to worry about erasing old files and you can just "set it and forget it".
Q. Where is the ideal place to use this camera?
The camera plugs into any standard power outlet. You can use it for counter-level outlets, or use it at floor-level outlets. If your outlet doesn't face exactly where you want to monitor, you can get a swivel outlet (from stores like home improvement or hardware stores), or use an extension cord or surge protector to help adjust the angle.
Q. Can I live view this camera on my smartphone?
This camera doesn't connect to WiFi for live streaming, it records to internal memory only for later viewing.
