Q. How can I watch my recorded video files on the memory card?

To watch the recorded video files, simply remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into your PC or Mac computer and double click to play. We recommend VLC Media Player for best playback performance

Q. Can I watch my live stream on a PC or Macintosh desktop computer or laptop?

Currently WiFi hidden cameras stream to the smartphone/tablet app only, they do not stream to desktop or laptop computers.
