You can add multiple cameras from both this and our HC215w Mini Alarm Clock Hidden Camera and view those from the same app. The rest of our WiFi streaming hidden cameras use a different app, so if you want other cameras you'd just have two apps to use.

Q. How do motion detection alerts work?

Motion alerts notify you instantly via push notification if your camera detects motion or movement nearby. Because the camera has night vision these motion alerts will also work at night. Motion detection range is about 15-20 feet.

Q. Does this spy camera have audio too?

Yes the HC350w has both video and audio. Audio can be enabled/disabled as needed.

Q. Can I record video from this hidden camera too?

Yes in addition to live streaming video you can also record video to a memory card if needed. The camera can accept up to a 128GB memory card.

Q. How does the night vision work?

The router hidden camera has built in invisible 940nm night vision sensors that automatically switch on when the lights get low or go out. These emit no "red glow" and are completely covert. They help the camera see at night so even if the lights go out, your nanny cam will still see what's going on.

Q. Can multiple people watch the stream at once (such as my spouse or partner)?

Yes you can share your camera ID and password with someone else and they can simply download the app, and enter your camera info so they can monitor it too (such as a significant other or business partner).

Q. Do I need any special WiFi network or router for this camera?

The HC350w wireless router hidden camera is compatible with most wireless WiFi networks. A 2.4GHz signal is needed, which most routers have. Some WiFi networks may have additional layers of security (such as public WiFi networks like a coffee shop or business) that may need additional steps to connect properly, so if you are unsure of the security requirements for your specific network make sure to contact your network administrator to ensure compatibility.

Q. How can I watch my recorded video files?

To watch your recorded video files, simply remove the memory card from the camera, and insert into your PC or Mac computer with the included card reader (or by using an existing card reader slot on your computer) and double click on the files to play.

Q. Can I stream to a PC or Macintosh desktop computer or laptop?

At this time the hidden camera streams to the smartphone/tablet app only (iPhone/Android) it does n to stream to desktop or laptop computers.
