    We've designed this spy camera to be easy to set up and operate. The setup process takes about 5-10 minutes and is done right on your smartphone. Just plug the camera into power (or charge the battery), then download the app to your phone, and use the app to connect the camera to your WiFi. There's no complicated setup or router configuration needed.
     
    Q. How is the weather station camera powered?
    The HC360w has two power options. The internal battery power is good for short term use, as well as portable operation. For longer term use or around-the-clock monitoring, we recommend plugging into AC power for no battery concerns.
     
    Q. Are there any costs or fees to view my live streaming camera feed?
    No there are not - all you need is your existing WiFi connection in your home or office (or wherever you place the camera).
     
    Q. What if I want to monitor multiple rooms in my home or office?
    You can mix and match this hidden camera with any of our other WiFi hidden cameras that use the TinyCam app and view them all from the same app.
     
    Q. How do motion detection alerts work?

    To record video, simply insert a micro SD memory card up to 128GB. The camera can record in motion activated or continuous recording mode. You can watch playback remotely via the app, or by removing the memory card and inserting it into your PC or Mac computer.
     
    Q. How does the night vision on this hidden camera work?
    The weather station camera has built in "invisible" IR night vision sensors. These do not emit any "red glow" like some hidden cameras, and help the camera see in low light/no light situations. The night vision turns on and off automatically depending on the level of available light.
     
    Q. Can multiple people watch the stream at once (such as my spouse or partner)?
    Yes you can share your camera ID and the password you create at setup with someone you trust, like a spouse or a partner, and they can view the hidden camera feed too.
     
    Q. Do I need any special WiFi network or router for this camera?
    The HC360w weather station hidden camera is compatible with most wireless WiFi networks. A 2.4GHz signal is needed, which most routers have. Some WiFi networks may have additional layers of security (such as public WiFi networks like a coffee shop or business) that may need additional steps to connect properly, so if you are unsure of the security requirements for your specific network make sure to contact your network administrator to ensure compatibility. Note: WiFi hidden cameras are not compatible with newer 5.8GHz WiFi signals.
     
    Q. Can I stream to a PC or Macintosh desktop computer or laptop?
    Currently, WiFi hidden cameras like this one stream to the smartphone/tablet app only, they do not stream to desktop or laptop computers.
